Returns

If the items doesn't fit and you need a different size, if you have an unwanted present and want to change it for something else or a different colour or size on our website then please contact us.

Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of delivery date and by prior written approval with RMA number. Only Credit notes will be offered for returned goods and a handling charge will apply if all the original packaging is not returned plus there may be an additional restocking charge at our discretion. Shipping charges are non refundable. Any items returned to us without this approval will be retained by us for 30 days before disposal. All items are returned at your risk.

Please note there are some items we are unable to exchange due to health & safety issues, e.g Crash helmets, underwear, sleepwear etc. We will notify you if this is the case.
