Warranty
All goods offered are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer, in most cases that is 90 days subject to wear and tear on all items. Wear and tear is never covered by warranty but defects apparent due to poor quality of components or manufacture are. Should your item be just outside warranty please contact us as in many cases we can get something done about it. Postage out to the customer and then back to us in the event of a warranty claim is never covered by warranty. Please be aware that in almost all warranty situations we need the product back to make a claim on our supplier. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us so we can 1/ Ascertain the fault, and 2/ Return the goods to our supplier to enable our warranty claim. 

Returns
If an item doesn't fit and you need a different size, if you have an unwanted present and want to change it for something else or a different colour or size on our website please contact us. Some items such as crash helmets, underwear and sleepwear we are unable to exchange due to health and safety issues, again please let us know and we will notify you if this is the case. For all returns please fill out our returns form so we can give you a reference number before you return anything. No returns will be processed without an RMA number. .

Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of delivery date and by prior written approval with RMA number. Only Credit notes will be offered for returned goods and a handling charge of 15% will apply to all except size exchanges. If all the original packaging is not returned plus there may be an additional restocking charge at our discretion. Shipping charges are non refundable. Any items returned to us without this approval will be retained by us for 30 days before disposal. All items are returned at your risk and cost. 

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us; we will never sell or disclose your personal information to anyone without your permission. We will only do this if a manufacturer needs to despatch something directly to you (with your permission).

Complaints
Our reputation and customer service are important to us. If you have any concerns at all please do not hesitate to contact us and we will deal with this in a friendly and efficient manner. Sadly we are not perfect and occasionally we may stuff up. If we do you can have our assurance we will do what we can to put it right, however we are not magicians so if you don't tell us we can't deal with it.

It is a matter of fact that 1 unhappy customer tells 12 people but 1 happy customer may only tell 2. We aim to have as many of you as possible tell as many people as possible how good we are. This is essential for our long term prospects and we really do understand that it is a privilege for us to have your business. We would appreciate you telling as many people as you can if we do well.
